The pictures need to be updated to match the current property but it is a nice place. It has great beachy decor and chill vibe. The only downside is the parking is very tight and a larger vehicle will not fit. I have a larger SUV (Acura MDX) and it barely fit. The second bedroom is small but has a decent closet for storage. My favorite part was the shower heads. Lots of very hot water and good water pressure. It is a great location for beach and bay access. The Mission Beach Women's Club is next door and they host events so it can get crowded. They also use the lawn in front of the building to set up for some events so that can take up space and your view. I'll say they are very respectful about noise and quiet hours. All in all, I would absolutely reserve this place again.

We were very happy with our stay here. The location is amazing. Mission Bay is a real gem. The place was very clean, modern, all amenities were as advertised. Would definitely recommend!

Property itself is great - wonderful location, well equipped.
Management company is a different story - they refuse to send you check-in instructions until minutes before your actual check in time despite multiple requests. After which they did not actually send them in time and I had to call them in order to obtain the info (which is an old school key that you have to pick up in a different location btw).
Secondly, they do not provide coffee so come prepared - as an owner of several STRs, this is a basic requirement.
Lastly, their listing tells you that you have access to a local gym which is actually false, and is incorrect advertisement which they did nothing to remedy after reaching out to them.
Overall the place is great and you will not be disappointed but be prepared for a poor management company.
