This place was perfect! It was in such an amazing location, we were able to walk everywhere! It was central between beautiful Encinitas and the downtown area like Little Italy. We really made the most of our stay because of this place. Just a couple blocks from the cove and some amazing restaurants and shops. Such a beautiful neighborhood, we felt very safe walking around. It was unbelievably clean and very cozy. We also got offered earlier check in. We typically prefer hotels, but wow, we will certainly be booking here for our next trip!

Studio was clean and great for one person. Comfortable bed and nice patio. A small table would have been helpful. Good location. Neighbors/house occupants were pretty loud.

Appropriate for 1 person for short term stay.My husband snd I stayed for 5 days and would not stay again Pros Off street parking Secure Bath products Comfortable bed Cons Minimal storage - 1 small closet, 1 small bedside table, no shelves Open Shower - very small glass on one side and one small drainage. When you showered, water went all over bathroom floor. Somewhat noisy Difficulty in getting into condo
