Brand new home walking distance to plaza/westport where you'll have plenty of options for restaurants/bars. Wonderful open concept with top of the line furnishings/appliances. 3 large TV's in the living room. Awesome outdoor living space with grill, firepit and outdoor tv. Centrally located for all that KC has to offer - 6 miles to Arrowhead/Kauffman Stadium, 3.5 miles to T Mobile Center/downtown/Bartle Hall and KC Convention Center.
20-30 minutes to Overland Park, Creekside Baseball Fields, Kansas Speedway, Sporting KC.

Rodney has a great property in every way. All three bedrooms are upstairs, including two full bathrooms. Downstairs is one large room with great kitchen/counter space and a very roomy and comfortable sofa. Also, 1/2 bath. Great BBQ pit and seating on patio with a TV. 2 blocks from the "everything you need" Country Club Plaza. I would stay here any time I'm in KC. Five stars all around.

Great stay for a weekend getaway! The house is exactly as described and pictures are accurate. It’s a newer property and everything works, has top notch appliances, comfortable beds. 5 minute walk to plaza which makes getting around to restaurants and shops easy. Host is very communicative and booking process was easy. Will stay again.

Beautiful home with an amazing outdoor area. We loved spending our evenings around the fire pit. The owner had excellent communication. Close to the Plaza and a quick drive to Kauffman stadium.
