About this house rental
Away from the tourist crowds, for those seeking relaxation and peace: We’ve already spotted deer in the meadow in front of the house while having breakfast. Relax on the terrace after a day at the beach, or light the stove in winter...
The nature reserve begins right behind the house; in front of it, foxes and hares call it a night. Swimming, fishing, windsurfing, biking, horseback riding, SUP, and canoeing—all just a 5-minute bike ride away—as are the ferry to Hiddensee and restaurants in Schaprode.
The accommodation:
The spacious property features a terrace, a covered porch, a swing, and a playhouse with a sandbox. Plan your evenings around the fire pit or enjoy a barbecue on the terrace!
Two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed (160x200) and three beds (90x200), offer plenty of space for larger families. There is a newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub in the lower level and a toilet on the upper floor. The kitchen has also just been refurnished, featuring a ceramic cooktop, a microwave/oven combo, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The living area has a cast-iron stove and a patio door leading to the garden.
Upstairs, there is a workspace with a monitor (HDMI). Wi-Fi (approx. 20 Mbit) is available.
Additional Important Information
We bill electricity usage separately. Upon arrival, please send us a photo of the electricity meter, and again upon departure. Since we use green electricity from EWS Schönau, we charge 40 cents per kilowatt-hour or fraction thereof.
Ideally, guests should bring their own bed linens and towels. Linen packages can be booked for 20 EUR per person.
