Here’s a polished version of your VRBO review:This home was incredibly spacious and exactly what our family needed. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing.I have to say, the cleanliness of this home was exceptional—easily one of the cleanest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. We brought extra towels and washcloths just in case, but there were plenty available for our group of seven, especially with the convenience of having a washer and dryer on-site.The swimming pool was a huge hit with the grandchildren. While we did need to request a cleaning shortly after arrival, the host responded promptly and took care of it right away. It didn’t disrupt our vacation at all, and we appreciated the quick attention.If there were one minor drawback to mention, it would be that the grill required a separate rental fee. We chose not to rent it, which meant all of our cooking was done indoors. However, this was a small issue compared to everything else the property offered.Overall, I highly recommend this home for its value, outstanding cleanliness, and abundance of space. The pool was truly the icing on the cake and made for a memorable family vacation.

Title: Great space, but lacks basic essentials for a large groupWe stayed here with a large group, and while the house has great potential, it is severely under-equipped for a property that accommodates 14 people. We encountered several issues during our stay that made things uncomfortable:Linens & Towels: There were zero pool towels provided. The bath towels we did have were thin, low-quality, and some were stained. While there were a few extra pillows, they didn't have pillowcases, and there were no extra blankets in the house.Kitchen & Dining: A 2-slice toaster is incredibly inefficient for a house meant to sleep 14 people. Additionally, the outside patio table is warped and dipping significantly in the center.Entertainment & Game Room: The pool table was messed up and in poor condition. The "game room" is located in the garage, which has no AC and gets unbearably hot. Also, be aware there is no cable TV—only the default Samsung TV channels.Clubhouse Amenities: If you plan on using the community clubhouse lazy river, note that you have to bring or buy your own tubes, as none are provided.With a few upgrades and better attention to basic inventory, this could be a 5-star rental. For now, pack extra towels, blankets, and streaming devices if you book here
