Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and private terrace, as well as access to the garden, lemon grove and free parking area within the property.

Check-in is carried out in person: a member of our staff will welcome you directly at the property, hand over the keys, show you around the accommodation and provide useful information about the house and the surrounding area, along with recommendations to help you make the most of your stay. It is therefore necessary to arrange your arrival time in advance by communicating with us privately after booking.

Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. For arrivals outside standard hours, late check-in can be arranged for an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival: €30 for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 for arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM.

Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid identity document, as required for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities under Italian law.

A local tourist tax also applies from April to October and must be paid in cash upon arrival. In the municipality of Piano di Sorrento, the tax is €4 per person per night, with minors exempt.
