About this apartment rental
This beautiful, bright apartment spans two levels and features high-quality finishes, two restrooms, and a lovely Bangkirai rooftop terrace with a view of the Elbe hillside. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay—ideal for both living and working! Open to the upper level. There are no doors between the two levels.
The living room and bedroom/home office are on two levels but are not separated by doors; instead, they are connected by a spiral staircase.
On the first floor: entryway with coat closet, guest restroom, kitchen, and living-dining room. The sofa bed extends to 140 cm. A spiral staircase leads up to the second level, where the bedroom and workspace are located. There you’ll find a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a comfortable mattress (140 x 200 cm) on a slatted frame—perfect for relaxing or when friends stay over. The bathroom is bright, with natural light coming in through the skylight.The upper area is bright thanks to large patio doors with blinds that let in light but keep out the heat. The rooftop terrace is not visible from the outside, ensuring plenty of privacy. The terrace floor is made of Bangkirai wood. A grill, umbrella, sun lounger, and wooden patio furniture are provided. There is a large storage area under the roof. The laundry room has its own washing machine. On the first floor, there is a beautiful shared garden in the backyard with shrubs and trees. When you step out of the house onto the street, you can see the Elbe glistening 300 meters away.
Blasewitz is a particularly beautiful, upscale neighborhood with historic buildings and villas, and plenty of green space. There’s a beautiful walking path along the Elbe to Schillerplatz, with restaurants, cafés, an NBio supermarket, etc., and to the Blaues Wunder (about a 10-minute walk). Just 230 meters from the apartment is FRIDA, “Germany’s best supermarket,” featuring a bakery and café. The supermarket offers a wide variety of regional products. Doctors’ offices, a laser eye surgery center, and tram line 6 are located about 300 meters away.
