About this apartment rental
The first-floor apartment is located in a quiet residential complex and offers access to a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views of a nature reserve and the Bay of Alicante. The property features a small front terrace and a private entrance door leading to the first floor. A door leads to the living room, which features two sofas, a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The open floor plan flows into a kitchen-living area with a very well-equipped kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. From the kitchen window, you have a perfect view of a nature reserve. Through the hallway, you’ll reach the master bedroom, which features a double bed, a built-in closet, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed with a bunk bed above it, a built-in closet, air conditioning, and windows on two sides offering views of the great outdoors. There is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bidet. From the living room, you have access to the balcony, which includes a dining area. A staircase leads up to the rooftop terrace, which offers a perfect panoramic view. There is also a seating area, as well as lighting and electricity on the rooftop terrace.
The property receives sunlight all day long and usually enjoys a pleasant breeze from the sea. Just a few meters from the apartment is the communal pool with a children’s wading pool, a terrace, and artificial turf areas with umbrellas.
Across the street is a medium-sized supermarket with an excellent selection that’s open daily. There’s also an ALDI, LIDL, and other grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. Other amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops, a playground, and bus stops are all within a few minutes’ walk.
Carabassi Beach is a 5-minute drive away. The beach is clean and beautifully situated in an undeveloped nature reserve. During the season, there are beach bars with lounge chairs and pavilions. Access is about a 3-minute walk from the free parking lots. The property is located just 10 km from Alicante Airport in the direction of Santa Pola.
