Our stay was wonderful! The house was neat and clean and convenient for coffee shops and restaurants. The garden area was nice too. Parking can be an issue, but it’s the same everywhere in Portland.

Perfect Portland stay! Tam’s house is in a great, walkable location, convenient to stores, restaurants, and bars. Parking is on the street but we were always able to find a spot within a block of the house. The house is older with beautiful updates. The AC worked great, the house was immaculate and comfortable. The beds are very firm, which we loved. The stairs are steep, but very sturdy handrails make them safe and secure. Tam is an excellent host! Check in and out was simple. He let us know that someone would be watering the backyard plants at night. The backyard is a serene, beautiful Asian garden, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio. If you visit Portland and need to sleep up to 6, this house is perfect!

The house was clean and as advertised. The location great, near Mississippi Ave. and Williams Ave. with so many restaurants in walking distance. It was nice to have three bedrooms, very comfortable mattresses. Our only complaint by all three of us is the the pillows were way too thick. We would use it again.

House was pretty clean, although there was a lot of dust on the window sills that affected our allergies. Nice air conditioners but the placement of those should not be directly over our heads and they would not turn off all the way. Big Fridge, Full working kitchen, plenty of countertop space. Small dining table, barely big enough to set food on and eat off. Noticed Ant traps in the downstairs area , not pleasant. There was no outdoor seating area or table. I would not recommend to those with stair climbing issues.
