This rustic-charm chalet, surrounded by lush vegetation, is ideal for truly unplugging from the hustle and bustle of daily life, lulled by birdsong and the gentle murmur of the nearby river. Inside, the chalet welcomes you with a warm and intimate atmosphere, featuring natural wood paneling and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a soothing view of the surrounding nature. Outside, a shaded garden stretches all the way to the banks of the Dordogne, offering direct access for swimming, fishing, or even canoeing. In the morning, enjoy your coffee to the sound of birdsong, and let yourself be enchanted by the tranquility of the surroundings. “Le Chalet” is a true natural haven for a rejuvenating getaway. Located just a few minutes from the picturesque villages of the Lot, it also allows you to explore the region’s treasures while staying off the beaten path, in the heart of this unspoiled natural setting. A unique place to live in tune with the river’s rhythm, in a simple and authentic atmosphere. Two-story cottage: A few steps lead up to the cottage. Open living/dining room with TV (access to the covered balcony terrace). Semi-open kitchen. Bathroom with dry toilet. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms with one 140x190 bed each, one of which is on a mezzanine (opening onto the living room). Garage for storing bikes or other items, and a washing machine. Enclosed property of 1.5 hectares. Access to the Dordogne River and a beach. Please note: the cottage may be inaccessible due to potential flooding. All-inclusive package.
