The view
Unit 803 sits on the 8th floor of O Residence, a boutique building directly on the water in Bay Harbor Islands, right where the bay opens to the ocean inlet. The water is in front of you from the living room, the bedrooms and the balcony. You watch the yachts cruise out to the Haulover sandbar, see the ocean between the buildings, and in the evening the Bal Harbour skyline turns to city lights. Guests have watched dolphins swim by from the balcony.

The building
O Residence is a boutique building of only seven residential floors, completely renovated. It has two pools and two spas (one pool and one spa are heated), a sauna, gym, a private dock with kayaks on request, and an outdoor BBQ overlooking the water for al fresco dining.

Shabbat friendly
Everything is set up so you can keep Shabbat comfortably. The building has a mechanical Shabbat keypad at the entrance, and the residence opens with a regular key, so there is nothing electronic to use. We provide a Shabbat hot plate, a Shabbat hot water urn and separate dishes for meat and dairy. Four synagogues are within walking distance: Young Israel of Bal Harbour and Hechal Shalom Sephardic Shul (0.6 mi), The Shul (0.8 mi) and Bal Harbour Kollel (0.9 mi). Kosher restaurants and markets are nearby in Bal Harbour and Surfside.

The entire residence is yours, along with the building's pools, spas, sauna, steam room, gym, BBQ area and dock. The building has a mechanical Shabbat keypad at the entrance and the residence opens with a key. Your 2 parking spaces are assigned in the garage. Please reserve them before arrival, since cars in other spaces are towed. Kayaks are available on request.

Steps from Bal Harbour
Kane Concourse cafes are a 6 minute walk. Bal Harbour Shops are a 12 minute walk and the beach is 15. Surfside beach is 5 minutes by car, Haulover 7, South Beach 20 and Miami airport about 30.
