Located on the top floor of a century-old family house with atypical architecture, this rooftop offers an incredible view of BASTIA, the sea, the lagoon, the Corsican maquis and its villages perched on the mountainside.

This sublime building from 1919 steeped in history, completely renovated in 2024, offers a magnificent attic belvedere of 50m2 with two bedrooms (queen size bed), 1 shower room/WC, as well as a beautiful living room (living room/dining room/equipped kitchen).

Quality materials, new bedding, neat decoration, omnipresent brightness, air conditioning in each room...: everything has been designed to make you feel at home in a warm, comfortable and elegant universe.

Location: In the heart of a Corsican village, hiking trail at the foot of the house; 8' from the city center of BASTIA and 10' from the beach. Private parking in front of the house. Very quiet environment.
