First floor: a pleasant and functional living space

• Cozy dining area
• Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, range hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto))…
• Reversible air conditioning for your comfort in both summer and winter
The terrace is perfect for breakfast in the sun or dinner at the end of the day.
🛏 Upstairs: open-concept suite
Accessible via a staircase (not recommended for the elderly or very young children), the upper floor includes:
• Attic bedroom with a 140×200 bed and storage space
• Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
👉 The bedroom and bathroom open into each other, suite-style.
It’s ideal for a couple. We prefer to mention this to avoid any surprises.
Sleeper sofa on the first floor for 1 to 2 additional guests.
