Disappointed that at the time of check in front desk charged us for the bracelet ( for real ) and Ramon restaurant food quality went down since last time we were there. Not as good it went from 10 to 4

We had a wonderful time, the best stay at Rocky Point yet. Loved the amenities and walking distance to more restaurants. Staff do a great job with cleaning and security. Hope to stay here again in October.

Not great. I love the resort and amenities. Restaurant is amazing.
Room was “ok” beds were pretty old and lumpy. A/C was terrible. It was so hot I couldn’t even sleep. Curtain rod fell down in the night scared everyone. Almost hit one of my kids. Heavy metal pipe taped together.
Sheets were too small and fell off beds. No pillow cases on some. One pillow had blood stains on it. Unfortunately we will not be renting from here again.
