Offering authentic Mexican charm, breathtaking Sea of Cortez views, and comfortable space for up to 10 guests, Casa Playa is ideal for family gatherings, group vacations, and special celebrations.
COURTYARD – Guests are welcomed through a charming Mexican-style courtyard featuring palm trees, a peaceful fountain, and an outdoor fireplace — the perfect way to begin your stay.
GREAT ROOM – The spacious living area offers spectacular ocean views, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable fireside seating, along with a large-screen satellite TV and WiFi throughout.
DINING & KITCHEN – The dining room comfortably seats 10, and the gourmet kitchen offers ocean views along with a gas stove, side-by-side fridge/freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, and a cozy breakfast alcove with a bay window.
BEDROOMS – The master bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, a fireplace, boveda ceiling, and a private bath with jacuzzi and double sinks. Three additional bedrooms each offer their own fireplace and private or en-suite bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. A fifth bedroom is a full private casita on the ground floor — a true honeymoon suite, perfect for guests seeking extra privacy.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Enjoy a built-in outdoor charcoal BBQ, outdoor shower, spacious patio, and a sundeck with firepit — ideal for relaxing evenings by the Sea of Cortez.
SPECIAL EVENTS – Casa Playa is available for weddings and private parties; a $1,000 USD non-refundable event fee applies.

All we can say about this property is WOW!What an absolutely FANTASTIC vacation rental you have; thank you for sharing it! The most remarkable things I have to say about this place are about the character and charm, no...the LOVE...that you can see went into the design of this home. From the doors to their hardware, to the artwork and cherub facets, I can honestly say I have never been so enraptured in admiring the decor of a rental as I was with yours. The guest bathroom sink, the Jacuzzi tubs throughout, the brick ceilings, the courtyard...I could go on for days! Kitchen was well stocked.THANK YOU for allowing our family (5 dogs, too) to thoroughly enjoy your home over the 4th holiday. There is not a single complaint we have that has to do with things within your control, and historically speaking, I don't think that there has ever been a home we've rented where I could say that. We truly felt that we got our money's worth from this rental. The beach is a minute walk away, beds were comfy, patios had lounges, there are MULTIPLE outdoor spaces to enjoy, & the courtyard & roof-top patio were extra perks! There are only 2 things I could think of that would make this a tiny bit more over the top.1. The cleanliness of the house was not the best. 2 of the beds had cards that stated DIRTY, so we weren't sure if they were clean or not. Floors were SUPER sandy upon arrival.2. For such a dog friendly place, the shells made pups feet hurt and waste pick-up challenging.
