About this house rental
We warmly welcome you to Engelsbach, a small village in the Thuringian Forest—far away from industry, the stress of everyday life, noise, and large-scale agriculture.
Enjoy the peace and quiet, the fresh air, and our Thuringian Forest—the Green Heart of Germany—in all its glory.
Our modernized and renovated vacation home (single-family house) is located in the center of town and at the edge of the forest. It offers you the perfect setting for vacations, relaxation, and restful days all year round. From here, you can set out on short or long hikes in the Rennsteig region. Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach the cities of Gotha (15 km), Oberhof (25 km), Eisenach (35 km), Arnstadt (35 km), Erfurt (50 km), and Weimar (70 km).
When booking through THIS portal, the vacation home—featuring 2 air-conditioned guest bedrooms under the roof—is available to you.
Note regarding bookings with children:
When you submit a booking request, the portal will display the adult rate (even for children). This significantly distorts the total amount!!!! Therefore, please be sure to discuss the stay of children (currently a maximum of 2) with us BEFORE making your booking! In general, we can accommodate children at a lower rate. However, if you book immediately, you are accepting the adult rate.
If you’d like to book with us, we’d appreciate it if you could discuss your stay with us before booking—not least because of the potential price advantages. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone or email. You can also find further details on our website.
