About this apartment rental
Charming apartment in the heart of Rome a few steps from the Colosseum and the imperial forums. This structure consists of two bedrooms for a total of 5 beds, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. The house has wi-fi and washing machine and is located in a strategic area to reach any place of interest on foot or by metro which is about 300 meters away. The Rione Monti district is one of the most characteristic, full of restaurants, shops for shopping and nightlife, this apartment is the best choice for visiting the city. The most important cultural sites, such as Piazza Venezia, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, walking through the characteristic streets of the Roman historical center. Excellent connection with the Termini metro station which connects directly to Fiumicino airport.

You cannot beat the location for exploring Rome! Many sites are within a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment also has EXCELLENT air conditioning which was very much appreciated with the temps we had (upper 90’s!) Upon checking in, we were met by Manuela who answered all of our questions, gave us a tour of the apartment, and gave us a map explaining where we were in relation to popular sites. She kept in contact with us throughout our stay answering any questions and offering restaurant recommendations. We are a family of 5 (kids ages 22, 18, and 12) and all felt very comfortable in the apartment. The few issues we had were taken care of IMMEDIATELY and it did not have any negative impact on our trip whatsoever.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment very much. The location is perfect for seeing the sights of Rome, accessing the public transportation, stopping at the market for groceries, and enjoying the area restaurants and bakeries. The bathroom is small, but has everything a traveler needs. The towels were large and soft. The kitchen was very useful and well stocked. Our biggest difficulty was access to electrical outlets. This apartment does not have very many outlets, and the outlets it does have are in use. Remember to come prepared with enough cash to pay for the city tax upon arrival at the apartment. We were not prepared.
