Little Lobster Studio - lovely little apartment nice kitchen area with everything you might need.
Great view across the bay to Torquay.
Fantastic location - only a few minutes walk to everything in Paignton and also within walking distance of Preston and Goodrington.

Simple and easy communication for finding and entering the property. Perfect seafront location with adequate parking.
Close to all local amenities and attractions.
The room itself was beautifully decorated. Clean and very comfortable.
Only thing missing is a full length mirror.

Good if small apartment booked for airshow so location was great. We did find the bed very hard and was surprised to see building work on the green outside which hadn’t been mentioned when booking. Wouldn’t have stayed there if it wasn’t for the airshow, but this was the area not the apartment

Really nice location, cosy studio.
Cleanliness could be better, the towels did not smell fresh at all. The outside of the terrace was absolutely filthy, full of cigarrete butts. The chairs are not very comfy for meals, and it's really difficult to open/close the balcony door with the chunky chairs.
Fridge is VERY noisy at night, as the bathroom ventilation system.
No toiletries provided, which is stated. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 night stay though...
Missing some basic things, like tea at least, deep plates, ice trays...
It's is a nice place don't get me wrong. But you can get a hotel room with sea views and the same price or less, with toiletries, breakfast, etc. So a little reconsidering is in place here.
