About this apartment rental
A charming apartment featuring original Renaissance-era frescoes and antique furniture, located in the heart of Florence. It is on the fourth floor (elevator available) of the famous Palazzo dell’Arte dei Giudici e Notai, the historic headquarters of the guild since the 13th century.
The apartment offers a breathtaking view: the dome of the Duomo on the right, Palazzo Vecchio on the upper left.
All points of interest are within walking distance: all you have to do is step out onto the street and you’ll immediately find yourself in the heart of Florence.
The apartment is just a short walk from the central station (trains/buses).
LAYOUT
The apartment (approximately 30 square meters)
Air conditioning covers the entire unit.
The apartment consists of: one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Bedroom: with a double bed and a single pull-out sofa, closet, and flat-screen TV.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, bottle opener, refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, moka pot, and a table for four. Washer-dryer available.
Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes rack.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The entire apartment is available to guests.
A booklet is provided with lots of useful information, rules, recommendations on top attractions, restaurants, and tips on how to make the most of your stay.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The tourist tax IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING COST: €6.00 per person per night (up to a maximum of seven nights) TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Identification documents: All guests must be registered in accordance with Italian law, and the identification documents of all guests must be provided in advance so that we can personally verify that they match the guests.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
UTILITIES
Utilities are included for stays of up to 14 nights.
For stays longer than 14 nights, utilities are the guest’s responsibility.

The apartment is within walking distance to everything you would like to see or do in Fllorence. Spacious bedroom with a kitchen. Bathroom has a shower but very very small and unfortunately be prepared for very little water pressure. Other than the shower. The airconditioning worked well and we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and highly convenient location on upper floor with elevator. As others have mentioned the area is busy and can be quite noisy well into the early morning hours. While it didn’t present as problematic for us per se, it might for others.

A unique accommodation in the heart of the city. The location was both a big pro (super close walk to everything a tourist would want to see) but also a con (the windows block no noise so you hear people and vehicles all night long—not a good place for light sleepers)
The place itself suited our needs and the check-in and out process was a breeze. The bedroom has 2 armchairs that convert into cots, but that also makes the layout look really weird/empty in photos.
Overall, we were happy with our stay but if the location was a block further from the action or if the windows were updated then we would have been even happier.

The apartment is in an unbelievable location in Florence. The views from our windows were beautiful. It's on the top floor and there is a lift outside the door. This is a huge bonus! During our trip we stayed in many apartments on 4th and 5th floors without a lift.
The apartment has the basics, but not much else. The only negative is the noise from the street and inside the building at night. This had been mentioned in other reviews, but I didn't realize it would be quite so loud throughout the night and early morning.
Giampaolo is a great host! He was so easy to communicate with and is very responsive. The directions he provided are excellent. We walked from the train station in the rain and found it with ease.
