About this chalet rental
Holidays with family or friends, you can enjoy the interior of this spacious chalet of 135m².
On the first floor: large room open to the dining room, the living room and the fully equipped kitchen;
(Table football and electronic darts are in the living space...)
1 bedroom with 160x200 bed and a bathroom with large Italian shower and toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with a 180x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds as well as 1 bathroom with bath and toilet and a mezzanine.
If you go outside, you will have a large covered terrace, facing south/south-west, with an unobstructed view of a large plot (field) to enjoy nature...
By the way, if you like nature, you can reach the forest directly from the chalet with your mountain bikes.
You can easily get to Gérardmer to enjoy the lake and the ski slopes, as well as all the mountain activities.
Close to Alsace and its typical villages such as Kaysersberg, take the opportunity to visit the world-famous Christmas markets!
Situation:
16 km from Gérardmer. 2 km from the city center of Anould and all shops.
13 km from Saint Dié train station. 17 km from Longemer lake.
48 km from Colmar 90 km from Strasbourg airport.
107 km from Basel Mulhouse airport.
Services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels etc... are not included in the rental price.
Thus: End-of-stay cleaning is charged at €85, towel rental €7 per person and bed linen rental €15 per bed.
Also noted:
- Concerning the rooms: the beds are not made on your arrival, the sheets will be placed on each bed. When you leave, you will have to turn off the radiators in the rooms, each bed must be unmade and the linen placed on the floor.
-Concerning cleaning: there is a package already included in your reservation. However, the cleaning of the kitchen is at your expense. The garbage cans must be emptied and taken away. The dishes cleaned and put away, as well as electronic devices such as raclette, fondue etc...
-Regarding the deposit: you will be asked on arrival the sum of 800€ in check or cash, which will be given to you after checking the accommodation up to 7 days after your departure.
