About this apartment rental
The Anderl Vacation Rental is located in Lienzing, a small village surrounded by nature and right next to Lake Chiemsee. It boasts a fantastic location, surrounded by meadows and forests and just 500 meters from Lake Chiemsee, and is open year-round. We are a family-friendly, well-maintained, and cozy former farmhouse in a secluded, peaceful setting on the edge of the forest, and we’re open year-round—because the Chiemgau region offers great vacation opportunities even in spring, fall, and winter. Our two vacation apartments are located in the house, which was built in 1999. Right next to the house, there’s plenty of space to play, relax, and celebrate; further inland lies a romantic moorland landscape featuring the “Grundlosen See,” and you can explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike right from the house. At Lake Chiemsee, you can enjoy the town-owned swimming area, which features a floating island and play areas for the little ones—and the terrace of the “Seehäusl” offers refreshments. The Chiemgau region is also known for its recreational opportunities—the mountains beckon, but other tempting options include hang gliding, a visit to the Fairy Tale Park or the salt mine, and a trip to the islands on Lake Chiemsee. The apartment is also located in the “Zuhaus” building, on the upper floor; it enjoys a particularly quiet location on the edge of the forest; very child-friendly, with a crib and high chair available; small playground. The vacation rental is 50 square meters in size and consists of an entryway, storage room, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, dining and living area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and an east-facing balcony.
