We came for a family event and the house was perfect. We loved the pool and the house had everything we needed and more. It felt like home and made our trip relaxing and fun.

Family trip to the Kennedy Space Center, stayed two nights. The house is approximately 20 minutes or so from the space center. It is very close to the little downtown Cocoa - which has nice restaurants, shops, and a park, right on the river front. Property is set up well for a VRBO, they provided plenty of extras (paper towels, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, pool towels, floats for the pool). Plus there is a fantastic coffee set up. Jennifer was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.
