About this house rental
Casa Doglio is a country house in San Baronto (Pistoia) in the Montalbano hills, so beloved by Leonardo da Vinci. There are two accommodation options: an apartment suitable for 3–4 people, equipped with a kitchenette, a sitting area, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and parking spaces.
The other option accommodates 5–6 people and features a spacious kitchen, a dining room, and, on the upper floor, two bedrooms and a loft. It also includes a large panoramic terrace overlooking the Pisan Mountains for exclusive use. Casa Doglio has a swimming pool suitable for both children and adults. We’re located along the FI-PI-LI route, and Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, and Forte dei Marmi are just a 40-minute drive away.
Florence is just a 30-minute drive away, and Vinci—the town of Leonardo—is only 15 minutes away, where you’ll find his birthplace and museum.
