This homely apartment is perfectly located in Musiciens in central Nice. Here you have proximity to both the sea and the city life, with the genuine
and good restaurants, cafes and shops.
The apartment's large and lovely balcony about 15 m2, is also a great advantage of this apartment. It has south facing and sun most of the day with very little transparency from the house opposite. There is an awning to fold out the hottest hours during the summer. Both the bedroom and the living room have direct access to the balcony. Here there is both a dining table for 6-8 person seats, a small café table.
In the cozy living room there is a sofa bed / sofa bed and a TV. The dining area, 4 people, is located in the nice and spacious hall.
The bright and fresh bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 180x200cm, and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro, etc.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and is spacious. .
Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet.

Can highly recommend this apartment, in a central spot in Nice. We wanted to be able to walk from rail station and also into old town/beach and yet stay in a non touristy area. Marlin’s apartment offered all this. Plus with the heatwave conditions, very pleased to say excellent air conditioning. Bed was comfortable as was pull out bed which was good enough for an adult to sleep on. Terrace was lovely for breakfast, lift welcome and supermarket across street. I didn’t get to meet Marlin, but her communication was excellent! Thanks for a lovely stay in Nice!

The property was conveniently located near the train station and the old town. The neighborhood was very safe. There were many excellent restaurants and bakeries nearby. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony. The apartment was quiet and had wonderful sun exposure. It was fully stocked with towels, blankets, sheets, and kitchenware, including pots, pans, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was well-proportioned, and the shower was suitable. The host was very helpful and easily available for any questions.

Malin is a very responsive and helpful host.The apartment is charming and the balcony lovely.The location is a big plus as it is easy walking distance to the train station and to other public transit. There is also a grocery store across the street and more shops and restaurants nearby.

Lovely well equipped apartment, large balcony, air conditioning, in a good location with shops, cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Public transport, (bus, tram and rail) connections all within a short walking distance.
