The condo was well appointed. It was pretty clean. There is carpeting so probably not easy to vacuum steps but debris on those and crumbs under living room chair. Otherwise nice. Modern, bed comfortable. Patio to River was just awesome! We saw hummingbirds every day. Deer and elk. Just lovely!

This was a wonderful location to enjoy Estes Park and RMNP. Nicely re-done, beautiful water view, and great kitchen supplies. We truly enjoyed our stay and will book again if we’re back in the area.

The property was very nice. The river runs right around it. We could eat on the patio and leave the screen door open at night in the balcony for the cool air and relaxing sound of the running river.
