THE SPACE
Bear Ridge Cabin is designed with families in mind, offering a comfortable single-story layout and plenty of thoughtful details throughout the home.

The living area centers around a wood-burning fireplace with gas starter, creating a warm place to gather after a day in the mountains. Flat-screen TVs are located throughout the home, while the game closet and kids’ room provide plenty of indoor entertainment.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a 10-cup drip coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, blender, mixer, electric griddle, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, popcorn cooker, roasting pan, and other essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

The dining table seats 8 and can accommodate up to 10 with children, with an additional 4 bar stools nearby.

The Cub Den is designed especially for younger guests, with bunk beds, couches, a television, books, toys, and its own cozy sitting area.

Outside, enjoy the fenced yard and propane fire pit for relaxed evenings beneath the mountain sky. The garage is also available for year-round bike and ski storage.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. The yard is fenced. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available on site for guest use.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and a wide selection of small appliances for preparing meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Fire Pit
The outdoor fire pit is propane only. Wood and food are not permitted.

Guests must comply with applicable San Bernardino County vacation rental regulations and local Good Neighbor requirements.
