- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, oven, induction hob, coffee maker...
- A 14 m² bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet.
Water and electricity charges are charged at the actual price during the winter season

- A 10m² terrace and a 120m² garden, facing south to enjoy the sunny days with outdoor furniture.
