Rest, relax, and enjoy time with friends and family in our 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom home with an open kitchen & living room. This is a great location in Lubbock. Walking distance to Texas Tech and a few blocks from the shops in Tech Terrace make this the perfect spot for any trip to town. This beautiful home features a luxurious king master suite, a spacious king in the 2nd bedroom, and a comfortable queen in the 3rd bedroom. Each room is equipped with a smart tv, Hulu Live & fast WiFi!
This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Our goal was to make this home feel like an upscale hotel with the comforts of home. Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens, comfortable seating, closet space, a luggage rack, and a large smart tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open, making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.
Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.
You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.
The property is professionally cleaned, making it not only fresh and inviting, but COVID safe. You can book with confidence.
This property is next door to the Heart of Tech Terrace, which is a beautiful 3/2. Message me about booking both homes together.

Loved this coastal retreat in Lubbock. It was comfortable and clean and perfect for our stay. Very close to campus, parks, grocery and coffee shops in Tech Terrace. Will come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Lubbock. The house was clean, bedding comfortable, plenty of room, within walking distance to an excellent coffee shop, bakery, and pizza joint. The neighborhood is inviting and close to many wonderful restaurants and Texas Tech. We appreciated having “extras” provided such and bougie body wash, shampoo, conditioner and delicious coffee. Highly recommend staying at this VRBO. We will definitely stay there again.
