About this villa rental
Villa located on the Chemin des Sables. Ideal location for access to Pontiel and Salis beaches on foot as well as the old Antibes in 15 minutes and shops in the center of Juan in 10 minutes still on foot.
Bus stop at the corner of the Villa.
Shops, pharmacy, bakery, grocery store at the roundabout of the island 5 minutes walk to pick up bread and newspaper in the morning.

The property is even more beautiful than advertised.We had the master bedroom with balcony over the pool and spiral steps walking down to it.Eunice the house keeper was excellent . Communication with host was great.We didn’t want to leave.Thank you for a wonderful week. Jane and David

We enjoyed an excellent stay here. The villa is well situated to be able to walk into Juan les Pins and Antibes. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk. The accommodation was first class. The downstairs living area is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were all a good size and had plenty of storage space. The bathrooms had excellent showers. The outside area was perfect with a generous sized pool, plenty of seating and 6 sun loungers. There were 2 large dining tables too.We would definitely stay there again in the future.
