Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
Washer/Dryer (No laundry soap provided)
Beach Towels not provided.
Pet Friendly ($95 Pet Fee, Per Pet, Limit 2)
Guests have 2 marked parking space. A golf cart rental will use a space. Overflow parking, Marked as Guest is available in the complex on a first come first serve basis.
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

My family and I had an amazing time at this house. We did run into one issue where we could not get the TV in the living room to work and we never had Wi-Fi. It was not plugged in when we got there. We plugged it in, but it was never an option for our location. It had every other number except for ours available.

Our group had a wonderful stay. Nice and spacious condo, and the property manager was quick with any help we needed.
