Arbor House has a great vibe and it is a perfect getaway spot for family and friends to enjoy the Poconos! Full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a loft, 2 full bathrooms and sunroom will make you stay super comfortable in our house Also includes 65” 4K Smart TV with Netflix subscription ,WiFi, Washer/Dryer, 8-player Poker/Black Jack table top and chips, table games, toys for kids, propane grill , outdoor sauna and 7 person 90 jets hot tub!!! I planned a trip for my girls to go away for the weekend for my birthday and could not be happier with the property we stayed at! Host was super responsive and helpful when we needed anything.

The mattresses are incredibly comfortable. We all slept well. I loved the ceiling fan in second floor bedroom. It kept us cool while sleeping. The hot tub was very relaxing. We enjoyed the grill.

Stayed here in the beginning of December. Loved the pellet stove and that "winter cabin" feel in the Poconos. Especially loved the hot tub in the evenings. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Thanks again!!

I gave this rental a 3 star review. When you drive into the property I was disappointed. The grounds around the property are an eyesore. When we went into the house we noticed the toilet was running and a big puddle around it. I texted the owner and she said her handyman told her it was from condensation. The puddle was caused by condensation because it was running so bad. The handyman came out the next day to see what part he needed. I told him the part because I own a plumbing business for the last 30 years. They never fixed the toilet during my stay. The rental before us had put fish in the refrigerator and it made it stink to high heaven, not the owner's fault. The furniture in the living room is extremely uncomfortable. The so called couch is actually a futon. Honestly the worst furniture you could buy. The kitchen is nice, clean and is stocked with everything you need. The star of the show is the hot tub. The only bad part is she doesn't let you have a drink in the hot tub and she has a camera pointed on it. Feels uncomfortable knowing they watch you all the time. I have to be honest and say I would not stay here again.
