In Beachwalk Resort overlooking Lake Kai, near the resort amenities, just a short walk to the beach.
PARKING
Parking for 4 cars in front of the house, nearby overflow parking for all additional cars.

-No smoking or vaping indoors
-No pets
-No PARTIES
-No fireworks
-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. My family stayed in your home, June 10-14. We really enjoyed our stay. It was just the right amount of space for our group.The home itself is beautiful with beautiful views, spacious kitchen, and bedrooms, and a location that was supreme, directly on the beach, on the water and near all the amenities. That being said, the home is little “tired.” We had ants in the kitchen, traps were placed, but were ineffective. There really was no table for six people to sit at comfortably. It would’ve been nice to have had a dust pan for the broom. Did I miss the tissues? Some replacement of pots and pans, toater necessary. In spite of these few things, we had a great time and would recommend it. Thanks for everything.
