Escape to Daniela`s Beachfront Apartment, a relaxing two-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat located in Sea Beach Colony, Rincón, Puerto Rico! Enjoy direct beach access, comfortable accommodations, and everything you need for a memorable getaway on Puerto Rico`s beautiful west coast.
Located on the first floor, this apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a full-size bed, along with one full bathroom. The apartment also offers a cozy living room, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. It`s a comfortable space for couples, families, or friends traveling together.
Step outside and enjoy the open-air terrace featuring an outdoor dining table, perfect for morning coffee, enjoying meals outdoors, or unwinding in the tropical breeze.
Although the apartment does not offer ocean views from the unit, the property features direct beach access, allowing you to reach the sand and ocean within just a few steps. Spend your days enjoying the beach, soaking up the sun, or watching Rincón`s beautiful sunsets.
Tucked away on a peaceful dead-end street in Sea Beach Colony, the property offers a relaxing atmosphere while remaining conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
For added convenience, the property has a backup generator to provide electricity during power outages.
Our management team is available by phone or message if you need assistance during your stay.
We provide only a starter supply of toiletries and basic essentials upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies needed during their stay.
Damage Deposit of $200 is required
We will charge you extra if/for:
-Late checkout- $100
-Noise Complaints- $100-$200
- Damage/Missing towel - $20 each
- Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each
-Trash left at the property - $20
-Extra cleaning services - $50
-Smoking - $150
-Visits or more guests than the maximum allowed- $100
