Located on the top floor of a three-story house. The lower floor is a family vacation home; the first floor is the host’s home.
Single-level apartment with access via an internal staircase.
Access from the private garden, equipped with a table and chairs for dining, a barbecue, and lounge chairs.

The entrance leads directly into the private garden—a grassy area with a barbecue, table, chairs, an umbrella for dining, and lounge chairs for relaxing

Additionally, a self-check-in box is always available
I took special care in preparing the apartment for guests, providing everything necessary while eliminating the unnecessary, to ensure maximum cleanliness and sanitization between stays, all while guaranteeing a welcoming and well-stocked environment.
Special attention is also given to the selection of bed and bath linens: all made of 100% white, hotel-style cotton
We also cater to the little ones with the following equipment available: high chair, crib, safety gate, and children’s tableware
Breglia is an enchanting and quiet village nestled in a green valley overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains.
An excellent starting point for activities and trips on the lake, as well as for hiking.
The trail to the CAI Menaggio, Monte Grona, and Bregagno mountain huts begins in Breglia.
But trails for light and easy walks also start from Breglia: through the woods, across the meadows between the huts, all offering enchanting views. Among the most popular is the San Domenico loop: a small chapel overlooking the lake with a spectacular view and the trail leading to the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Breglia via a flight of stairs, also commanding a view of the lake.
As a family, we love hiking and walking; we’ll be happy to point out all the trails to our guests—whether challenging or easy—and provide any useful tips or recommendations they may request.
Breglia is very popular in the summer but is also wonderful in all other seasons, offering unforgettable experiences: the colors of the autumn foliage, the white and pristine landscape after a snowfall, the burst of spring blossoms, and the sun ☀️ above the clouds and fog—when it’s there, you can see and feel its warmth!
My name is Ornella; I was born and raised in Milan.
I have now lived in Breglia with my family for three years; I initially worked remotely and am now retired.
I’ve always spent my summers, vacations, and weekends here.
This house was built by my grandparents and renovated and expanded over the years by my parents and uncles. The apartment is named in memory of my grandmother Savina, and the two rooms are named after my mother Rosella and my aunt Oliva.
My heart is here ❤️

Absolutely loved this property. Our Host, Ornella was extremely friendly and kind. She even let us add an extra guest last minute at no additional charge. Her directions to the property were clear and extremely helpful. And the views from the property were stunning. Highly recommend this place.
