Villa La Marianna is a charming beachfront cottage nestled in the beautiful and peaceful setting of Cala Lupo, on the road between the town of Stintino and La Pelosa. This prime location features a private entrance with access through an electric gate and a private parking space under a covered carport. The property is complemented by a beautiful outdoor area featuring a garden, a veranda, and a barbecue area with an outdoor oven. Inside, there is a newly furnished living room with a spacious and comfortable double sofa bed, a table with chairs, and a sideboard with a TV; a double bedroom; a small bedroom with bunk beds; two bathrooms with showers—which, though enclosed, are very bright thanks to skylights made of glass-block panels—and a fully equipped kitchenette where you can cook and then enjoy your meal in the living room or on the beautiful ocean-facing veranda, which is furnished with a table and chairs.
Inside the home, you’ll find two split-system air conditioners in the living room and the master bedroom, a tower fan in the small bedroom with bunk beds, a Wind Wi-Fi system with an antenna on the roof, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a small oven.
The property offers direct access to the coves just 70 meters from the house; from there, following the various trails will lead you to the small sandy beaches.
