The "Seeblick Imperia" vacation rental is located right on the lake and features a balcony with a fantastic lake view. Your new home, measuring 60 m², is comfortably and attractively furnished to accommodate up to 5 people. LIVING ROOM The heart of the apartment is the light-filled living room, which spans over 30 m² and, together with the open kitchen and dining area, invites you to relax. The balcony opens off the living room and offers a breathtaking view of the lake—you’ll never get enough of it! Enjoy the fantastic lake view right from the breakfast table! The living room is equipped with a comfortable fold-out couch, an LCD TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. KITCHEN The open-concept kitchen with a cooking island leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Of course, a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a small oven are also available. BEDROOMS The cozy, well-furnished bedrooms ensure a good night’s sleep. The larger bedroom features 1 double bed, while the smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. AMENITIES Includes towels and bed linens. Washing machine available.
PARKING SPACE Behind the house, you’ll find a parking space and a bike rack for your bicycles. The Konstanz district of Dingelsdorf, with approximately 2,200 residents, is located directly on Lake Constance. Dingelsdorf has excellent bus service to Konstanz and Allensbach. With the Lake Constance Guest Pass, you can ride the city bus line for free. Dingelsdorf also features a boat dock for scheduled ferry services and a marina. Your vacation rental is located in the third row from the lake (approx. 100 m) in a beautiful, quiet, and sunny residential area. Enjoy romantic walks along the lake, relax with great swimming trips, or explore Lake Constance on beautiful boat tours. Just a 2-minute walk from your apartment is the Fließhorn Lakeside Park (formerly the boys’ swimming area).
