We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
This is not a pet friendly home.

Was perfect location for us as we were able to walk into town during the day and evenings. The residence had fun games for us and children to play as well as comfortable rooms. This could have easily accommodated more people and we look forward to booking it again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Snowball House. The proximity to Govy was great and allowed for both families to move at their own pace. The game room downstairs made for a perfect kid hangout. The iTrip team managing the house was very responsive and took care of all of our requests in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying at the Snowball House again next summer!

Recently remodeled mid-century modern style was fun to stay in! Foosball and ping pong in the basement was fun with the kids. Great place! Highly recommend!

The TV did not work for the entire stay and a person came to look at it but could not fix the problem. I had to stand on a chair to reach the dishes and crockery. Fire place did not work.
