Everything about this apartment was perfect. We loved the location and were able to walk throughout Sorrento. Antonio communicated exceptionally well beforehand, during check-in, and even during the week to make sure everything was going well. It was quite hot during our stay in Sorrento, so we loved the strong air-conditioning system in the apartment. Additionally, it was so nice having a washing machine, which we used a number of times during the week.

The communication from the property manager Antonio that was in charge of check in was top notch. I even asked questions at odd hours thinking I would get a response later and he replied so quickly. The bathroom showers are small for those used to large showers, but not too small to Italian standards. Know that there is no dishwasher, so you are hoping the people before you hand washed their dishes well. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and the main room and worked great!! And can be controlled in each room separately. The Italians are VERY in to separating all their trash and this place expects that and has a different trash pick up each day. It was a bit confusing for this American but Antonio was very helpful. Know this place is about a block and a half past the main pedestrian area on the other side of town from the train station. We still walked it with our big check in sized bags, but it isn’t super close.

Host was welcoming and helpful with the check in process. Home seemed much larger and fresher online. Just felt a little dingy. Hot water went out for one day and after going back and forth with property manager we could not figure the reset switch which she said was near the boiler. They sent someone the next day and it is apparently a switch near the coffee pot. You might want to add that to check in details as it is very easy to turn that switch off. Label the switch.
