The Niantic Bay & Play House is packed full of indoor and outdoor games while conveniently located close to several attractions. Inside you will find a completely newly remodeled house full of big open spaces to relax with friends and family.

Great home! Our family enjoyed the basement playroom and also the fire pit out back. The deck was huge and had comfortable seating and a nice fire pit there too. So close to our fishing location, which is under the Waterford bridge. House was clean and owners always responded right away to any questions I had. Only complaint would be the dip on the top of the driveway. It is very steep and both my car and my sons did bottom out a few times. But after messaging MK about it she said it was ok to park on the street and we did do that. Overall experience was great and we plan to come back in the near future

This was the second year in a row staying here. It again did not disappoint! Location is great, it’s always clean and ready for us to enjoy our stay and the game room downstairs is always a hit with the kids!

We came to visit a family member for the weekend. This was a perfect place for all of us. The game room in the basement ended up being perfect since it rained. Would recommend got anyone looking to come to the area.

Very clean! Well stocked for stay. Game room and outside amenities were great! Got to spend great time with our daughter being a little competitive in the game room.
