A charming apartment of about 50 square meters, located on the fifth floor of a historic building in the heart of Buenos Aires. It is equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron, a kettle, etc.

The apartment is located on one of the city’s liveliest shopping streets, lined with trendy shops all along its length.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a short- or medium-term stay, featuring one bedroom, a living room/kitchen with a table, and a bathroom with a shower.

The bed in the bedroom is a fold-down bed and can be converted into a comfortable sofa when not in use.

Spacious closets provide ample storage for your clothes.

Upon your arrival, we will hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.

At check-in, you will be asked to present your ID for registration purposes.

You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the City of Milan)

For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed, and you must have an Italian tax ID number.

We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time upon prior arrangement at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m.

During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.

Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding your check-in time.
