The apartment offers up to six comfortable sleeping spots, arranged with careful attention to the intimacy and functionality of the spaces.

The master bedroom is spacious and relaxing, furnished with understated taste and neutral tones—ideal for recharging at the end of the day.

The second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children, teenagers, or guests, with plenty of space to move around and unpack.

Check-in procedures will be provided at the time of booking. In accordance with Italian rental law, we are required to request copies of identification documents to register guests with the Public Safety Authority.

A request must always be submitted for stays longer than 30 days. If your application is accepted, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax identification number. A payment of 100 euros + VAT is required to register the contract if you have a tax identification number; otherwise, the fee is 150 euros + VAT. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit of 500 euros is also required.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

In Milan, the heating season is set by the City and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours per day, between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

The maximum permitted temperature is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C.

Air conditioning, on the other hand, may be used from June 1 through September 30, depending on the outside temperature.
