We had an amazing time at this amazing place. We had a great experience. It was so close to everything in Hollywood and got to do everything we wanted to do.

Upon arriving at the property, it wasn't clean. Found out from the property manager that the cleaning crew had to leave to work on another property that was trashed. He worked with us so we won't have to leave after traveling 8 hours. We cleaned the property and he reimbursed us for cleaning. Inside items need to be fixed or replaced. Otherwise the property was convenient to Universal Studios which we were there for.
