Located in Surfside Beach, known as “The Family Beach', this home is spacious, nicely decorated and just across the street from the sand, and offers all the comforts you need for a great vacation! Each bedroom has a flat-screen television, with a large flat-screen in the living area. The pool area is roomy with plenty of lounge chairs, and has ample space for grilling and gathering. The outside deck features rockers perfect for relaxing. Inside, you'll find plenty of seating for family meals along with a breakfast bar. Fenway Park is also small dog friendly, so bring your fur baby!

Overall we had a great experience. The staff at Dunes Realty were great to work with, very friendly.The floors were not cleaned very well. I do know they have a quick turn around but perhaps a steam cleaner on the floors that are not carpeted as they felt sticky and grimey. They walls could use a coat of paint. The beds weren’t super comfortable. I would suggest bringing your own bedding. The location and size were perfect and we had a fabulous time. Very close to all the restaurants and bars by the beach and the beach. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues (we had to clean our bathrooms when we got there, the floors turned our feet black, and the water filter and ice maker did not work throughout our stay - we had to buy ice during the week for 17 people). We did love the location, the fact that it was never overly crowded, and the pool was nice for the smaller kids. (it was a little small for the adults and teens) It was great having the option to bring my Dad's emotional support animal - he suffers from PTSD. We would consider staying again, and hopefully the issues mentioned were a one time issue that just happened to occur during our visit.

Pet friendly. The only issue we had, was that we had to purchase several things that are usually included - dish soap, dish washer soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
