This was an excellent property. They provided snacks and the house is beautifully decorated. It was a very comfortable location and perfect for a large group or family.

We were a group of 14 and it was a comfortable stay. Owners were responsive and helpful with questions. We would definitely stay there again, if we return to Tokyo. The location is walkable to convenient stores, restaurants, train station and a laundry mat. We enjoyed our stay at the Hong Villa.

The Hong House was amazing and a really nice home. For a family of 6 this property was more than adequate in size and accommodating . The house was very comfortable and provided everything and more that we could need. It is located in the perfect spot to get to anywhere in Tokyo via the subway system. The host provided plenty of amenities and was very quick to answer any questions we had. We definitely would love to book again on a future trip back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We traveled as a group of nine, and the house was spacious enough for everyone to have plenty of room to relax. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The jet tub on the first floor was especially nice after long days of exploring.The location was excellent, with a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the transit station, which made getting around Tokyo simple. We also loved having a couple of 7-Elevens nearby, along with several great restaurants. Our favorite was Ichikakuya ramen—we’re still talking about it, so good!The house has a washing machine, but with two families we used a nearby laundromat and finished all of our laundry in about an hour. We knew about the hill to the house and the noise monitor before booking, and neither was an issue.The only minor downside was that the bunk bed and twin bed upstairs had thin mattresses, but the kids slept there and did just fine. The other beds were very comfortable. And all the comforters were amazing. Overall, this was definitely a 5-star stay. We would absolutely stay here again and happily recommend this property to others.
