The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.

Drop off your car at the valet counter located on the ground floor. Car pickup will be on the 3rd floor of the parking garage.

So this property was very nice. The view was amazing my favorite part. I only have 2 problems the smell of the apartment it’s not unbearable but it did bother my allergies it smells like an India restaurant or something. Only other thing was the sofa needs a little cleaning and the beds are super comfortable but to low. Overall the stay was perfect for my bday.. ohh I almost forgot there is overly strict noise policy like I was just watching a movie and there was no complaint soon as I turned the music on the tv which wasn’t nowhere near loud security came and clearly ask me was I playing music if the music is loud then you would not have asked. But Friday I had no complaints and I was playing music from the tv as well just me and my boyfriend listening to a lil rnb. If this property is strictly for old ppl or families just say that. I spent nearly 1000 just to have to whisper can’t even laugh and joke with your loved one after 10pm. Beachwalk was my favorite go to but Geesh they have changed a lot.
