Our corner ground floor location is ideal for its direct access to the pool and the beach beyond. Enjoy a day by the pool and run in for a break or snacks with your back door steps away. Our unit is one of ten in the quiet North Point complex. Walk the beach, snorkel the reef, spend the day in the shade of our cabana all while enjoying the comforts of the Harvey Nicole. We strive to be extremely accommodating and flexible. Let us know what we can do to make your stay a lasting memory.
Our on island property management company J&J Enterprises has always prided themselves on cleanliness. We've received several compliments from guests as to such over the years. Recently they have purchased a Bio Mist sanitation machine; and they put up signage indicating our freshly sanitized condo after each thorough cleaning.

We had a group of 13 and rented multiple units, the complex was very nice & clean. Everyone enjoyed the location and plan to rent here again! Nicole was very easy to communicate with and everything was perfect!

Nicole was an excellent host! She was prompt with texting me back with any questions or concerns I had. The condo was amazing. Very clean. Everything worked. Had pool toys and floats. Had beach toys and snorkels to use. Kitchen had everything to cook. Look no further than, and stay here!!

We couldn't have been happier with the unit, all of Nicole's help and the location of the unit in the quieter part of the island. Rum Point is only 5 minutes and Star Fish Point is only about 10 minutes. Our next visit to the Caymans will be so much easier to plan as we know we will be booking the Harvey Nicole again. It really is the perfect unit and location if you want to get away from the busier 7 mile Beach area with it still being close enough to make a day trip over to the busier part of the island.

We had a wonderful time at the Harvey Nicole. The host was helpful and very responsive. It was great being steps from the beach and pool. Lots of beach equipment and towels. The only downside was there is a lot of seaweed on this side of the island, and the beachfront is a relatively small area, making beach walks more challenging.
