Bellavista is located on the hill of San Michele, in the hinterland of Lake Garda.
It’s an ideal place for both sports and relaxation
The house is surrounded by greenery, with a large garden, and offers a beautiful, sweeping panoramic view of the surrounding area
The house’s main appeal lies in its spaciousness and the fact that it is divided into two apartments, both of which are available to those renting the house
1 apartment on the first floor and 1 apartment on the first floor
Both apartments have separate entrances but are also connected by an internal staircase
The upper apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 large living room, a hallway, 2 bathrooms, 1 large balcony, and 2 small balconies on different sides.
The lower apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 large living room that can also be used as a bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a terrace.
IMPORTANT:
to be paid upon arrival in cash
* final cleaning fee: 160 euros
* tourist tax: 2 euros per person per night (not required for guests under 15 years of age)
* if you wish to rent sheets and towels, the cost is 11 euros per person (for the entire stay)
An outdoor shower is available.
A barbecue area with seating for about 12 people is also available.
There is a lockable room for bicycles or similar items—
