This family-friendly accommodations are located in the cozy Oliva resort in Rabac. The resort borders the sea and is therefore ideal for families. It is part of a larger complex that includes a campground, vacation homes, and a hotel. It features a great pool reserved exclusively for guests of the resort. The resort offers a kids’ club and activities for children, as well as an entertainment program for adults, a small playground, a wide variety of sports activities, a restaurant, a mini-market, and a well-equipped beach. Coin-operated washers and dryers are also available to guests. From the vacation village, you can also enjoy various excursion options. How about a day trip to the island of Veli Brijun or a day full of fun at the Istralandia Water Park near Umag?
The Premium accommodation sleeps up to 4 people and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with two single beds. The living room features a satellite TV. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and includes dishes, silverware, and pans, a drip coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Both bathrooms feature a shower, sink, and toilet. The covered patio, furnished with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs, is the perfect spot to relax while the children play on the playground or by the pool. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 6.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The white pebble beach directly adjacent to the resort features both a private beach area with lounge chairs and umbrellas and a large public beach. The expansive pebble beach is particularly well-suited for families. A play island out at sea invites you to have fun. Guests have access to a variety of water sports—whether sailing, diving, snorkeling, or surfing—so you can enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. It’s the ideal place to relax while sunbathing, read a book, or take part in one of the sports activities. You can grab a quick snack in the shade of the beach bar, which is open all day and offers an inviting selection of refreshing and delicious treats. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
POOL
Vacationers have access to a beautiful pool area as well as large sunbathing areas with lounge chairs. For the little ones, there’s a lovely children’s wading pool where your children can enjoy the cool water without a care in the world. For older children, there’s a spacious pool that’s perfect for splashing around and swimming.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During the shoulder and high seasons, a team of experienced, multilingual activity leaders will gently liven up your stay. There’s a mini-club for children ages 6 to 12. In the evenings, you’ll be entertained with live music. Those who want to get active have a wide range of options, such as basketball, handball, or volleyball. Mini-golf, table tennis, and tennis (for a fee) are also available.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
If you want to stay in shape while on vacation, you’ll be spoiled for choice. Whether it’s basketball, handball, volleyball, tennis, mini-golf, or table tennis—there’s something for everyone. At the beach, you can surf, snorkel, scuba dive, sail, or simply swim. Boat and bicycle rentals are also available.

The resort has a grocery store where you’ll find fresh food as well as a wide selection of everyday items.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Shopping options are also nearby. If you don’t always want to cook for yourself, why not treat yourself to a culinary experience at the restaurant? If you’d prefer to take advantage of half-board or full-board, you’re welcome to book these on-site (no advance reservation is required).

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Beautifully situated on a hillside, Rabac is located right by the sea on the east coast of Istria. The charming seaside promenade stretches along the entire town, and behind it you’ll find countless vacation home communities. Thanks to its great location, beautiful coves, and stunning views, Rabac is a tourist magnet. If you’d like to get active, you can explore the town on foot or by bike. Many restaurants line the waterfront promenade, inviting you to enjoy a delicious meal and a good glass of wine. Whether taking romantic strolls or enjoying great live music over a drink in the evening, you’ll find plenty of wonderful ways to wind down your evenings here. For history buffs, we recommend a visit to the neighboring town of Labin. There you’ll find numerous sights, such as the bell tower of St. Justus. In Rabac and the surrounding area, there’s plenty to see and do! You can go horseback riding, sailing, scuba diving, hiking, and much more. A must-see for nature lovers is the Blue Grotto on the island of Biševo or the Brijuni Islands with their national park. For culture enthusiasts, a day trip to Venice or a visit to Pula is highly recommended. In Labin, you’ll also find several old churches, palaces, and small chapels. The area around Rabac offers many great biking and hiking trails. For example, take a walk up the hillside in Rabac and enjoy the fantastic view! In Croatia, wine is as much a part of the table as bread. Here you’ll find countless vineyards, wineries, and opportunities to taste wine. But the food is nothing to sneeze at either! Whether it’s fish, meat, or other specialties, there’s something for everyone here.
