About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Babbling Brook apartments, this newly renovated apartment has two private bedrooms both equipped with queen beds, smart TVs. Large living room/kitchen combo with all the amenities to cook a great meal, there is a gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with supplied coffee. This is a very clean, modern and cozy place to use as Basecamp for all the local activities, or a nice place to stay in and relax.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (apartment, courtyard, or hot tub). Evidence of smoking (including ashes or butts) will result in a $400 smoking fee, plus any cleaning, odor treatment, and lost-night costs.
If you are traveling with an assistance animal, we will reasonably accommodate. a $40 late checkout fee will be charged after 11am if late checkout permission isn`t given.
Hot tub & courtyard
- To open, lift the cover from the middle handles and fold it back. Please replace the cover after every use.
- Jet button 1 has two speeds (press once for low, again for high). Jet button 2 has one setting.
- String lights: plug them into the outlet under the power meter, and please unplug them after use.
- Shower before using the hot tub. No soaps, oils, bubble bath, or lotions in the water.
- No glass anywhere in the hot tub area. Use plastic cups only.
- Children must be supervised by an adult. No pets in the hot tub.
- Limit soaks to 15-20 minutes. Pregnant guests or those with heart conditions or high blood pressure should consult a doctor first. No use while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Do not adjust the temperature or chemicals. Let us know if the water looks cloudy or something isn`t working.
- Please keep noise down after 10 PM out of respect for neighbors.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We loved the location! It was within walking distance of downtown, the park, and the Royal Gorge Railroad.

The amenities were great. The place was very clean, very comfortable - beds were very comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our time there. The Royal Gorge train and shops and restaurants were within walking distance. I would recommend staying at this place anytime in Canon City.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do.Good restaurants within walking distance.Tyson did a great job renovating the building.Great pizza at Pizza Madness highly recommend it!Don’t forget the Ice cream store. She just opened in July. Wonderful quilt shop for us who like to quilt!Highly recommended this place!Thanks Tyson

Location convenient to Downtown however parking next to hwy 50 iffy. No views & really different toilet/bathroom off of kitchen. When attempting to load dishwasher, it literally fell out of the cabinet! Will find different accommodations next time.
