LA PLANCHE DU QUESNOY (maximum of 10 people including 3 juniors) in Saint Martin des Champs - Avranches
In the countryside and 1 km from the town centre, this old farmhouse has been renovated for a stay suitable for a family.
On the first floor, an entrance opening to the right onto a large dining room (large buffet, table, sink, dishwasher, extractor, hob, microwave) and a scullery (gas stove, hood, sink) and to the left on a large living room (large screen television, library, 2 sofas, books) and a bathroom (shower cubicle, sink, toilet, M to wash clothes)
By a beautiful staircase access to the 1st floor with A large bedroom (double bed 180 and a bed 80) with ensuite :d bed, toilet and sink, A double bedroom (bed 130) and A bedroom bed 90. On the landing a work area with window overlooking the courtyard and a bathroom with a view at the back with shower and sink and separately a toilet room and sink (heated towel rail and ironing board).
Numerous frames and engravings add to the great charm of this house and its location.
Outside a large terrace extended by a beautiful lawn and flowers.
